It got rid of any discoloration or fungus in the toenails sup as a disinfectant it is very effective. I believe the vinegar and warm water helps more with the calluses. However, I won't rule out the benefits of the listerine. It works great as I believe have thick skin. The brown sugar olive oil scrub is also effective I wrap my feet in plastic after the scrub. Have you tried the vapor rub? I think what's really doing the work on this foot soak is the vinegar, but the skin on my feet is pretty tough, so it didn't work. Just about the time you forget you've done it, the bottoms of your feet fall off.Maria Stahlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01860866965815658652noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6277117531358513857.post-7032312700228072562014-07-30T10:12:21.448-05:002014-07-30T10:12:21.448-05:00Try changing your recipe 2 parts water and 1 prat ...Try changing your recipe 2 parts water and 1 prat listerine and vinegar. My running method may be what worked because the stone did awesome, but I rubbed until my foot was dry and crazy skin started rubbing off then I rubbed with that gross skin with my dry bare hands the crazy skin beads sorta worked like a scrub I did this each time after using the pumice stone. Then my feet were awesome, but I took it a bit farther and made a foot scrub with 1/2 cup brown sugar and 3 tbs extra virgin olive oil and 2tbs raw honey. That was also a pinterest find and it turned out too gooey, so I think it's supposed to be 3 tsp oil and 2tsp honey, but whatever it felt really good, now I have foot lotion on them in a pair of socks. They feel amazingly refreshed.hideeyukinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14569553547062301550noreply@blogger.com
